Eligibility

Products & Authenticity
Pro Shop NYC sells tennis rackets, memorabilia, accessories, and other tennis-related equipment.
Pro Shop has made every attempt to verify the authenticity of the products it sells to the best of its knowledge and provenance.
However, Pro Shop does not make guarantees or warranties beyond what is provided in these Terms or required by law.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases and applicable taxes.
Shipping & International Orders
We ship products from New York City to customers worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are provided at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within [15 days] of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to Pro Shop NYC, including international return shipping. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Refunds may take up to 60 days from the date we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
